Building Fire Safety Risk Assessment FireConsultant provides independent, qualitative and quantitative Building Fire Safety Risk Assessments for existing buildings across Australia. Our assessments are designed to support building owners, strata managers, developers and property consultants in understanding the fire safety performance of their asset — and meeting their regulatory obligations under the National Construction Code (NCC) and state-based cladding and fire safety regulations. Led by a registered Professional Engineer (PE, NER, MIEAust), our assessments examine the building's fire safety strategy, external wall systems, cladding materials, and the performance of existing active and passive fire safety measures. Where combustibility testing of cladding or insulation is required, we coordinate sampling and laboratory analysis through our accredited partners.
